By registering for or using the Inclusive Workplace BPCP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including organisational representatives and visitors.
The platform is intended for use by registered organisations and their authorised signatories. By registering, you represent that you have authority to bind your organisation to the BPCP programme requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout the certification process. Submitting false or misleading information — including in the Digital Pledge, Founder's Oath, or Digital Affidavit — may result in immediate disqualification and revocation of any issued certificate.
An issued BPCP certificate remains the property of Radium Foundation. Certified organisations are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to display their certificate and trust badge for the duration of their certification. The licence is revoked if certification is revoked or lapses.
You must not alter, forge, or misrepresent a certificate. Any such action may result in legal consequences.
Radium Foundation reserves the right to revoke certification if an organisation is found to have provided false information, violated programme requirements, or engaged in conduct inconsistent with the BPCP standard.
The platform and certification are provided "as is". Radium Foundation makes no warranty that certification will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radium Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
