1. Who We Are

Radium Foundation operates the Inclusive Workplace BPCP (Behavioural Policy Compliance Program) certification platform at inclusiveworkplace.org. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our", we mean Radium Foundation and its authorised personnel.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly during registration, including your organisation's name, website, country, sector, and the name and email address of the designated signatory. We also collect information generated through the certification process — pledges, oaths, and affidavits — as part of the programme record.

We use Firebase Authentication to manage login. We collect usage data to operate and improve the platform; we do not sell this data to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to administer the certification process, issue certificates, verify authenticity via QR code, send programme-related communications, and maintain compliance records as required by the programme.

4. Public Directory

Certified organisations may appear in our public certified directory. This includes the organisation name, country, sector, and certification status. You may request removal from the public directory by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain certification records for the duration of certification and for a reasonable period thereafter for audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to us; note that legally required compliance records may be retained.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and Firebase's security infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

7. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us.
