The Behavioural Policy Compliance Programme (BPCP) is Radium Foundation's independently reviewed certification for organisations committed to inclusive, equitable workplaces. This page explains how it works, what is assessed, and how certifications are verified.
Section 01
Program Overview
The Inclusive Workplace Certification Programme is a structured accreditation scheme operated by Radium Foundation. It recognises organisations that have made binding, verifiable commitments to behavioural policy compliance across key dimensions of workplace inclusion — including gender equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and disability accessibility.
Unlike self-reported diversity frameworks, the BPCP requires organisations to submit legally styled declarations — a Digital Pledge, a Founder's Oath, and a formal Affidavit — before any application is reviewed. Each submission is assessed by Radium Foundation's programme team before a certificate is issued.
Certificates are issued in a tamper-evident digital format with a unique identifier and a publicly accessible verification link, enabling any third party to confirm authenticity in real time.
Section 02
Certification Process
The programme follows a structured five-step journey. Each step must be completed before the next unlocks — ensuring the process is sequential, deliberate, and auditable.
1
Registration
The signatory — typically a founder or senior executive — registers the organisation on the portal, providing its legal name, sector, country of operation, and the contact details of the authorised signatory.
2
Digital Pledge
The organisation signs a Digital Pledge — a formal statement of commitment to the BPCP's core principles. The pledge is timestamped and stored immutably against the organisation record.
3
Founder's Oath
The signatory submits a Founder's Oath — a personally attributed declaration affirming that the organisation meets the minimum policy requirements across each selected certification track. The oath is reviewed by Radium Foundation's programme team before proceeding.
4
Affidavit
A legal-style Affidavit is submitted confirming the accuracy of all prior declarations and attestations. This document may be relied upon in any subsequent audit or dispute resolution process.
5
Certification
Upon successful administrative review of all three declarations, Radium Foundation issues a certificate bearing a unique Certificate ID. The certificate is publicly verifiable, carries an expiry date, and may be revoked if a material breach is identified after issuance.
Section 03
Evaluation Areas
Organisations select one or more certification tracks at registration. Each track represents a distinct dimension of workplace inclusion. Declarations must specifically address every selected track.
🏳️🌈
LGBTQ+ Inclusion
Assessment covers non-discrimination policies, inclusive benefits, safe reporting mechanisms, and active allyship programmes for LGBTQ+ employees.
♀
Women & Gender Equity
Assessment covers pay equity, advancement opportunities, parental leave parity, mentorship access, and representation at leadership level.
♿
Disability Inclusion
Assessment covers reasonable adjustments, accessible physical environments, digital accessibility, and proactive disclosure support.
Assessment covers anti-racism policies, equitable recruitment practices, pay gap reporting, and representation monitoring.
🤝
Religion & Belief
Assessment covers accommodation of religious observance, inclusive leave policies, and protection from faith-based harassment.
Section 04
Verification Method
Radium Foundation does not conduct on-site audits. Certification is granted on the basis of signed digital declarations — a model predicated on the legal weight of the submissions and the personal accountability of the signatory.
Digital Declarations
All three declarations — the Pledge, Oath, and Affidavit — are digitally signed, timestamped, and stored immutably. They constitute the evidentiary basis for certification.
Administrative Review
Every complete application is reviewed by Radium Foundation's programme team before a certificate is issued. Applications may be returned for revision or rejected.
Post-Issuance Monitoring
Radium Foundation reserves the right to investigate concerns raised by employees, regulators, or the public after certification is issued.
Revocation
Certificates may be revoked at any time if material misrepresentation is found, if the organisation falls substantially out of compliance, or if the signatory withdraws their declaration. Revocation is reflected immediately on the public verification page.
Section 05
Certificate Validity
All certificates carry an expiry date set at the time of issuance. Certification is not a permanent status — it reflects a point-in-time assessment of the organisation's declared commitments.
Validity Period
Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issuance. The exact expiry date is stated on the certificate and displayed on the public verification page.
Renewal
To renew, the organisation must re-submit updated declarations through the portal and complete a fresh administrative review. Renewal is not automatic.
Profile Corrections
Certified organisations may request corrections to their registered details — such as a change of signatory or updated sector — through the portal. Approved corrections trigger reissuance of the certificate with an updated Certificate ID.
Certificate Status
A certificate may be in one of four states: Active, Expired, Revoked, or Reissued. All states are reflected in real time on the public verification page.
Section 06
Public Verification
Every certificate issued by Radium Foundation is publicly verifiable — no account or login is required. Any individual, employer, regulator, or journalist can confirm the authenticity, current status, and validity period of any certificate using its unique Certificate ID.
Certificate Verification Portal
Navigate to the URL below and replace {certificateId} with the Certificate ID shown on the organisation's badge or profile. The page will display the organisation name, certification tracks, issue date, expiry date, and current status in real time.
